“These look amazing, thank you so much!”
Christina & Joe got married at Hellidon Lakes back in October last year. I was there to photograph the ceremony and rest of the day.
Christina is a DIY bride and did all of the decorations herself including the invitations, the table centre pieces and she made the Rum and Raisin Fudge favours as well as making the cake herself!
They had an autumn themed wedding so the colours they used in their decoration were warm and the red flowers in the bouquets and button holes really popped.
After the ceremony myself and the Bride and Groom were taken on a some what bumpy golf cart ride over to a waterfall nestled within the golf course of Hellidon Lakes to take some really great scenic shots of the happy couple.
This was my first time being able to try and do a silhouette shot and luckily for me Christina and Joe were happy to let me experiment.
The evenings entertainment consisted of dancing and eating cake and there was also a bowling alley!
